  • Warranty Terms – Handmade Ceramics Thank you for purchasing our handmade ceramics. Each piece is made with care and attention, so slight variations in shape, colour and texture contribute to the product’s unique charm. Below you will find our warranty terms. ⸻ 1. Warranty Period We offer a 6-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects, calculated from the date of purchase. ⸻ 2. What is covered by the warranty? Our warranty covers:
  • Breakages or cracks that have occurred due to demonstrable production errors (not due to use).
  • Glaze defects (such as extreme bubbles or peeling glaze) that have not been caused by thermal shock or misuse.
  • Damage during transport (provided that this is reported with photos within 48 hours of receipt).
  • Products that deviate significantly from the description or image on the website. ⸻ 3. What is NOT covered by the warranty? The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
  • Damage caused by dropping, impact or misuse.
  • Thermal shock (such as placing a cold bowl directly in a hot oven or vice versa).
  • Natural variations in colour, shape or finish (which are inherent to handmade ceramics).
  • Scratches, glaze wear or hairline cracks due to everyday use. ⸻ 4. What to do in case of damage or complaints? Contact us within the warranty period at info@blubberenglas.nl Preferably send:
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photos of the defect and the entire product
  • Your order number or proof of purchase We carefully assess each report and will get back to you within 5 business days with a suitable solution (replacement, repair or refund). ⸻ 5. Additional information Our ceramics are handmade and may contain small imperfections.
